The
issue of trust and shifting the burden is very real within the workplace.
There are many variations of this game under the general title “The Prisoners
Dilemma”. Use the story to help team members understand that it is not just
them, that it is something about being human. Use the activity as a means to
bring this into the open so that you can discuss the real and underlying
issues.

(and you will never ever be certain until after the event!) than be

attitudes tools to bring team members on board.
